	*Sorry for this added charge, but cleaning rooms after pets adds significantly to our clean-up chores; and rather than change our policy to "no pets", we have decided to continue to allow pets, but to charge for at least some of the extra costs we have related to accommodating pets.

~ WEEKLY RATES ~ Discounted 10%
A deposit of 1/3 of the total amount must be received within 30 days of booking a reservation and the balance is due on arrival. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full period of the reservation.  Deposits, less a $25.00 handling fee per cabin unit, will be returned if a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will not be returned if a cancellation notice is received less than 30days prior to the schedule arrival date.
