The Quartz Creek Property Owners Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and integrity of the area; in so doing working cooperatively with the State of Colorado, Gunnison County and Pitkin. Any Quartz Creek Property Owners Association meeting can be attended by any member in good standing. A QCPOA member in good standing is as follows (1) is an owner of property in the Quartz Creek development or other adjoining claims; (2) has paid QCPOA annual dues, in full.
