The Denver, South Park & Pacific historic Railroad Depot, located in Pitkin, Colorado, is FOR SALE!

If you appreciate railroad history, you will also  appreciate the rare opportunity to own an authentic railroad depot from the 19th century.  The Pitkin Depot was built around the turn of the  century to service the DSP&P Railroad which was being built over the continental divide through the Alpine Tunnel

The Depot sits as it did 100 years ago—only the interior has changed as families have lived there since the train's demise in the 1920's.
